Dog Darn Cute Grooming L.L.C. Mobile Dog Grooming Agreement 

Every client will be asked to read and sign the Policy Agreement as follows. 

I, the client, hereby entrust Julie Scheerschmidt, Owner of Dog Darn Cute Grooming L.L.C, with the responsibility of grooming my pet(s) 

and understand the following:  Julie Scheerschmidt, the groomer, may be accompanied by her daughter, Vivian Scheerschmidt. 

The pet(s) being groomed may become restless during the grooming process. This may result in: 

1. Accidental cuts, nicks, or the like, to the pet which the groomer will not be held liable for. 

2. Protective action from the pet causing harm to the groomer. 

3. Extended grooming time later than promised. 

If the groomer finds evidence of fleas or ticks on my pet(s), I will be charged a $120 fee on top of the grooming fee for de-bugging my 

pet(s), and deep cleaning of any used Dog Darn Cute Grooming L.L.C. tools. 

1. The aforementioned fee will be in addition to the original grooming fee. 

The grooming process cannot be performed without the use of a generator and/ or running water. Water used to groom the dog will be 

expelled where the mobile grooming service is performed and is understood by the pet owner that the location of water disposal is 

acceptable. The use of a generator will be employed, potentially resulting in unavoidable, excessive noise.

The groomer may take photos or videos of my pet(s) before, during, or after grooming for use on Dog Darn Cute Grooming L.L.C. social 

media.

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled by the groomer due to weather, sickness, road conditions, equipment failure, or the like. 

Effort by the groomer will be made to contact me in advance to reschedule, though contact is not guaranteed. Grooming prices and 

timeframes given over the phone are an estimate, which may change depending on the condition of the pet(s).

Any and all health conditions pertaining to the pet(s) must be disclosed, along with any special care the pet(s) require.

Safety is priority during the grooming process, for humans and pets alike. The owner of the pet(s) must inform the groomer prior to 

grooming if the pet(s) has bitten someone of has aggressive tendencies. The owner will be held liable for any property damage or 

excessive injuries caused by the pet(s). The use of a muzzle, e-collar, slings, straps, or the like are acceptable safety measures and may be

used by the groomer as deemed necessary. The groomer has the right to refuse service in the event the pet cannot be handled safely. 

I will offer my permission to Julie Scheerschmidt to obtain vaccination records (rabies, distemper, parvovirus disease) to ensure all 

vaccinations are current. 

I, the undersigned, do understand and agree to the above terms for grooming and maintenance of pet(s), and in consideration of 

grooming services of Dog Darn Cute Grooming agree to hold harmless from damage, loss or claims arising from any known or unknown 

pre-existing condition of my pet(s). 

I authorize Julie Scheerschmidt [Dog Darn Cute Grooming] to act as my agent in the event emergency veterinarian service, boarding, 

caretaking, welfare check, and/or transportation is necessary, and I agree to pay all costs. Any/ all damages, loss or claim shall include 

but not limited to shock, injury, or even death. Said pre-existing conditions shall not be limited to advanced age, extreme nervousness, 

neurosis, illness, previous injury, skin or coat conditions, or mental conditions. 

I have read and understand my rights and obligations as written in this agreement for the services by Julie Scheerschmidt [Dog Darn Cute

Grooming].
